Très tôt, comme un échappatoire, mon attention s’est déplacée vers l’enchantement que me procurait les formes et les couleurs, leurs rapports, leurs dialogues. Il y a eu la merveilleuse figurine animalière réalisée par mon grand-père à l’aide de pommes de terre et d’allumettes. Mon goût pour la carte à gratter, le lundi matin en maternelle. Un intérêt grandissant (apaisant) pour les réalisations créatives, manuelles. Fasciné par les lieux et les matériaux abandonnés et leur possible réappropriation mentale, comme un espace de liberté que j’investis à l’aquarelle, en photographie, à l’acrylique, puis en créant des objets à base de récupération. Un vagabondage intuitif, autodidacte, indispensable. Influencé par une recherche de pairs, j’absorbe les univers artistiques en en reproduisant certains (pictural). Plus tard, je professionnalise mon activité “d’upcycling designer” tout en continuant de peindre et de fréquenter un atelier d’écriture. Mes goûts et mes recherches se conceptualisent, je deviens pleinement artiste-plasticien, consciemment, pluridisciplinaire.
