Linchen,Chung-Hsun (b. 1970) was born in Taichung, Taiwan. He has been a creative director in the advertising industry for over 20 years and has taught at both public and private universities for approximately 16 years, more than 30 years of experience in painting creation.His works have been published in the "United Daily News," "Liberty Times," "China Times," "Minsheng Daily," "Emperor Culture Enterprise," "Nanyi Publishing House," and other publications. Additionally, his creations have been featured in well-known brand campaigns, publications, and cultural and creative product designs, such as multimedia projects for the National Museum of Natural Science and the National Science and Technology Museum, Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation's introduction video, Taiwan Sugar Corporation's pork advertisements, bestselling Tea Travel books, and more.

Linchen,Chung-Hsun employs his self-created "Xinliu Feng Shui Ink" style in his artwork, skillfully blending techniques from Chinese painting, Western painting, and illustration. He masterfully utilizes ample white space and bold brushstrokes in his design layouts, which feature simple yet smooth lines, alongside delicate details. Occasionally, he expresses his thoughts on a piece through cursive script calligraphy, often conveying a sense of boldness, philosophy, local culture, care, and leisure humanistic pursuits.
