关于作者
My name is Galina Shepeleva (pseudonym Gala Shepart), I am an artist from Russia, originally from the small Karelian town of Medvezhyegorsk. I have been fond of photography and painting since childhood. In my work, I mainly combine oil with the style of realism. I draw inspiration from observing the world around me, absorbing beauty and plunging into the creative process with my soul. In frequent plein-airs, I am happy to transfer to the canvas the beauty of the nature of my native land.
I am a member of the Malki studio of amateur artists in my hometown.
My goal in art is to convey stories affecting not only feelings, but also awakening ancestral memory.
I studied painting with the Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Karelia and Russia, one of the leading painters of Karelia - Lev Burin.
