He studied for eight years at the Krasnopresnensky district art school in Moscow under the renowned artist Vitaly Komar. Filippov lives and works in Moscow and graduated from the Moscow Art School in Memory of 1905. His work has been featured in both Russian and international exhibitions, and his paintings are housed in private collections across Russia, Germany, Japan, the USA, Great Britain, China, and other countries.
