Born in Lethbridge, Alberta. Frank Stock now resides in Toronto, Ontario. He graduated from the Ontario College of Art, specializing in figure. During his studies in Italy he became fascinated with plein air painting. The immediacy of light and freshness associated with working outside has been the source of many of his artistic journeys
