Born November 10, 1944 in PARIS in the Montmartre district, son of Simonne SCHREINER and Antoine Roger BAZARD.
From the age of 10 he received the order for two Stations of the Cross, for the church of Vron and Poix in the Somme.
In 1957 - he entered an artistic training course, and in 1960 he was admitted to the National School of Applied Arts. After a year he preferred to attend academies and became a pupil of Gustave Corlin who participated with Puvis de Chavanne in the frescoes of the Pantheon, then in the Notre Dame des Champs academy with the American painter Goetz, friend of Picasso. At 16 he was admitted to the National Superior School of Fine Arts in Paris.
Alain Bazard painted a lot on the motif by planting his easel in Ile de France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Malta, India, Indonesia.
He made a career as an Orientalist painter and participated in the decoration of the Palaces of Saudi Arabia, One hundred paintings of 200 x 150 cm.
He has obtained numerous awards.
