The first portion of the 2007 Annual Dual FLAVA FRESH! IV Exhibition will be held July 1 - 31, 2007 at the Indianapolis Arts Garden, at the Circle Centre Mall located in downtown Indy, the intersection of Washington and Illinois Streets.
