Edu Danesi

Edu Danesi, originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, has been a resident and creative force in Belgium since 1996. After completing his education at a photography school in Brussels, Danesi took a transformative step in his artistic journey by transitioning from photography to painting.

As a self-taught artist, Danesi explores a diverse range of techniques, including painting, collage, drawing, graffiti, and stencils. His artistic endeavors span various mediums, encompassing canvas, wood, metal, parts of the human body, and even walls. For Danesi, the essence lies in the communicative power of the image, aiming to evoke emotions and convey a profound message. In his own words, "The important thing is that the image speaks, that it conveys something, an emotion."
