Born in 1939, Leningrad, USSR. In 1963-1968 studied in Industrial Art Academy (Muchina), graduated with MA in Industrial Design. Diploma Work won the medal of All-Union Exhibition of Industrial Achievements. Worked as Designer in Institute of Technical Esthetic, Leningrad, as well as freelanced Graphic Artist. Participated in some non-official art shows with graphic and painting. In 1972 immigrated to Israel, worked as designer, graphic artist and painter. Member of Israel Artist Association, took part in various art shows, had some personnel ones. In 1986 moved to Canada, continued to work as graphic artist and painter, studied in some art classes in George Brown Art College. Opened his own art studio, participated in Toronto art activity, had two personnel shows. From 2003 lives in St. Petersburg, Russia, started to pain with new styles and inspiration.
Two personnel art show: in 2006 - Jewish Culture Center of St. Petersburg, in 2008 – Editorial Office of literary and art Journal “ZVEZDA”, St. Petersburg, and some collective art shows.
Dozens of art works are in private collections of Russia, Israel, UK, USA, France, Germany, Union of South Africa etc.
Родился в 1939 г. в Ленинграде. В 1969 году окончил Ленинградское Высшее Художественно-Промышленное Училище им. В. И. Мухиной. Работал как дизайнер в Ленинградском филиале ВНИИ Технической Эстетики, активно занимался живописью и графикой, участвовал в различных неформальных выставках.
В 1972 году эмигрировал в Израиль, где активно участвовал в художественной жизни страны. Персональные выставки в Тель-Авиве, Холоне, на севере Израиля. Член Союза художников Израиля.
В 1987 году переехал в Канаду. Работал в области компьютерной графики, дизайна, книжной и коммерческой иллюстрации. Персональные выставки в Торонто и Северном Йорке.
С 2002 года живет в Санкт-Петербурге.
