Irina Bellaye, d'origine slave mélangée, est une artiste (Blanxs) née au Kazakhstan, ayant grandie en Estonie, et résidant à Paris depuis 2009. Son parcours artistique a débuté en Estonie, où elle a étudié les beaux-arts pendant son enfance.
Après ses études, elle a travaillé dans la mode pendant 5 ans et en freelance comme artiste textile pendant 10 ans. Elle a commencé son parcours d'artiste plasticienne en Estonie dans son atelier en 2007.
En 2009, elle s'est installée en France, en s'inscrivant à l'atelier de la ville de Paris sous la tutelle du professeur Olivier Di Pizio en 2011. Dans l'année 2013, elle installe sa machine à dessiner dans l'atelier de la Glacière qui aide à créer des peintures à couler sur une feuille à loisir.
L’artiste a rapidement commencé à exposer ses œuvres à Paris. En 2012, elle a vendu ses trois œuvres lors des différentes ventes aux enchères et elle est apparue comme artiste contemporaine sur Artprice. Parmi ses collections, il y a des mécénats d’art de l'État Unis, Suisse et France.
Irina puise son inspiration dans son riche passé culturel et les influences diverses qui ont façonné sa vie. Elle cherche à saisir la fragilité de l’existence, convaincue que le plus important n'est pas la technique d'application de la peinture, mais le message qu'elle transmet.
