Viktor Sheleg werd geboren in 1962 in Rusland. Hij woont en werkt in Letland. Sheleg exposeerde zijn werken in Letland, Rusland, Finland, VS, Tsjechië, Duitsland, Zweden, Denemarken, Spanje, Polan, Italië en nam deel aan tal van belangrijke kunstbeurzen, waaronder: Art Ireland, Dublin, Art Zurich International, Art Edinburgh, The Affordable Art Fair, Londen, Art Melbourne, Affordable Art Fair, Parijs, Glasgow Art Fair, Edinburgh Art Fair, Affordable Art Fair Brussel, AAF NYC, AAF Amsterdam.
