Filippo Pietro Castrovinci is een hedendaagse Italiaanse beeldhouwer. Zijn passie voor het werken met metaal leidde ertoe dat hij in 2004, samen met andere meestersmeden, de Italian Association of Blacksmiths of Art oprichtte, waarvan hij tot maart 2020 voorzitter was.
De kunstwerken van Castrovinci zijn het resultaat van een zorgvuldige en voortdurend evoluerende studie; experimenten met nieuwe technieken voor het ontwerp en de creatie van innovatieve werken waarbij het oude en het moderne samensmelten om het debat over de "legitimiteit" van nieuwe tools en technologieën op het gebied van kunst en creativiteit nieuw leven in te blazen.
Filippo Pietro Castrovinci heeft deelgenomen aan verschillende nationale en internationale tentoonstellingen en evenementen. Tegenwoordig runt hij samen met zijn dochter een bedrijf in Capri Leone, Sicilië, gespecialiseerd in de artistieke verwerking van metalen "ArteInFerroCastrovinci".
