Eisl's inspiratie komt uit rust en natuur. Organische vormen en processen worden weerspiegeld in zijn sculpturen en vertegenwoordigen de schoonheid en esthetiek van wat mogelijk is. Of het nu hout, marmer, aluminium of brons is, de materialen spelen een essentiële en ambivalente rol en onthullen zowel mogelijkheden als beperkingen.
