Martine Perugini est une Artiste française. Apres des études d'Arts plastiques, elle a suivi les cours de la Famous Artist School fondée par Norman Rockwell. Elle a participé à de nombreux salons en France et remporté de nombreux prix. Inspirée par les peintres impressionnistes elle est également influencée par le graphisme de Franck Frazetta et Enki Bilal et les techniques de Gérard Garouste et Brad Kunkle. Martine a un language réaliste contemporain. Ses peintures assez grandes mettent en valeur les effets d'ombres et lumière créant une atmosphère unique. Sa vision artistique et son cheminement sont en pleine évolution. L'artiste explore d'autres techniques. C'est le signe d'une progression artistique certaine. Martine est trésorière de l'association Glob'Arts à Saint Paul de Vence, membre de la communauté du Gemluc Art à Monaco et du comité monégasque de l'AIAP auprès de l'UNESCO. Aprés Antibes et Caussols l'artiste a son atelier Callas dans le Var .Cotée Guid'Arts.
