Professioneel fotograaf in Toulouse (Zuid-Frankrijk), maar ook luchtvaart- en ruimtevaartingenieur en maker van innovatieve objecten, Sébastien Blanc is gepassioneerd door stedelijke verkenning (Urbex) en fotografie van verlaten plaatsen die zijn beschermd tegen menselijke degradatie.
Oorspronkelijk afkomstig uit Ariège (Frankrijk) waardeert hij ook landschapsfotografie en proxi-fotografie / macrofotografie.
Na verschillende publicaties en na het behalen van de tweede plaats in een internationale fotowedstrijd, krijgt hij regelmatig de vraag of hij schilderijen verkoopt. Sébastien Blanc besluit vervolgens verschillende dragers te testen om zijn werken op de markt te brengen.
