Why can't I place my payment (payment refused)?

Your bank or financial institution may refuse your payment for several reasons, including:
  • Your bank requires validation via 3D secure (via SMS code validation for example)
  • Insufficient funds on your account
  • Your balance is low, or you have already exceeded your weekly/daily/monthly spending amount or credit
  • Your bank does not allow you to pay online
  • Your bank requires that you contact them prior to authorizing an online payment above a certain amount
