Since 2002, Baimuratov has been a dedicated faculty member at the same university, contributing to the education of aspiring artists.

During the years 2000-2003, Baimuratov worked at the Kazakhfilm film studio named after Sh. Aimanov, serving as an assistant to the production designer for the film project "Nomad." Simultaneously, he continued his creative journey as an artist-designer, showcasing versatility in his talents.
