About the author
I started painting at home after my art teacher in 10th grade told me I could not paint. Two years later on a Saturday, which was garbage collection day, I found some canvases and paint left out by my neighbor, picked it up and started to experiment with oil painting. Painting played in my life an important role, especially those moments where everything known to you was questioned. At one point painting in the middle of the night and going to work in the morning fed my soul with a gratifying sense of accomplishment that gave me a more holistic purpose. Over the years I've painted on and off; mostly series about nature. I switched back and forth between oil and acrylic as my preferred medium. After a productive period in the mid 2000's I only recently returned to painting. I am working currently in acrylics and exploring flow techniques.
