Чарыяр Султанович Джафаров родился 6марта 1975 году в Туркменистане в городе Ашхабад. В 2000 году окончил Академию художеств Туркменистана живописи.С ранних лет художник посещал мастерскую своего первого наставника народного художника Гаратая Бегджанова у которого он мог время от времени наблюдать за всеми этапами создания живописных и графических работ. 1993 году поступает в Государственный Институт Культур на отделение дизайна однако из любви к живописи переходит в Академию художеств Турменистана. В итоге оказался в курсе станковой живописи преподавателей народных художников Туркменистана Амана Амангельдыева и Чары Амангельдиева ,где окончил учебу 2000 году. В творчестве художника этюды графические работы картины находятся в частных коллекциях почитателей живописи а также в зарубежных странах.Основной жанр является исторические темы Туркменистана. Переодический участвует на художественных выставках художник имеет свой стиль мастерства,слегка напоминающее восточную миниатюру средневековье что погружает зрителя в атмосферу истории древних времен. За двадцать с небольшим лет создал более 1800 произведений включая около 400 картин маслом. Среди них портреты натюрморты пейзажи . В настоящее время художник работает над творческими картинами и выполняет заказы в собственной мастеркой.
