Born in Lille, France in 1948, Jacques Vainunska emigrated to Israel in 1971, after studying literature and alongside his profession as a photographer, he began to make exhibitions of regularly, of his photographs and especially of his paintings, first in Israel then all over the world (France, Poland, Italy, Spain, England Germany, Canada, United States etc…)
Self-taught, and after passing through different trends, in his last years he produced contemporary works in a unique and indefinable style
