Vadim Chazov is a contemporary Russian artist currently residing in Serbia. With a solid educational background in the arts, Chazov honed his skills at an art college in Yekaterinburg and furthered his studies at the prestigious Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg.
For a number of years, Chazov dedicated himself to the meticulous task of restoring artworks in the cathedrals of St. Petersburg and Smolensk, where he gained invaluable experience in preservation and conservation techniques. Additionally, he shared his expertise with budding artists as a drawing instructor at the Stieglitz Academy of Arts and Industry in St. Petersburg.
Driven by his passion for teaching and sharing his knowledge, Chazov founded the art school for adults "Artika", providing a platform for individuals to explore and develop their artistic talents.
Chazov's artistic journey has taken him to numerous Russian and international exhibitions, where his work has garnered recognition and acclaim. His creations can be found in private collections spanning across Russia, the United States, Canada, Germany, China, and his adopted home of Serbia.
