  • Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.

How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?

  • The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.

Can we buy the work after the leasing period?

  • Yes, on Artmajeur leasing contracts offer a purchase option at the end of the contract, allowing customers to acquire the work at a determined price (residual value).

Painting and writing are my two passions. Sometimes one takes precedence over the other, sometimes both at the same time! I like the escape of painting and words.
My artistic universe is quite dreamlike, feminine, but not that. I like to have fun by creating crazy, tender, sensitive characters. Topicality is also a source of inspiration when it touches in particular human frailty, women, children, migrants, our Earth. My travels, my meetings also inspire me. I like to see the extraordinary in the ordinary.
When I paint, I let my imagination wander. I love to mix colours, the sensations of painting on canvas. A great place is left to creation, sensations. When I start a canvas, I very rarely have the subject in mind. I let the chance of a line, a texture lead me and the subject comes naturally. Time no longer exists. I’m just fine.
As a child, I always drew, sought to progress by reproducing paintings by Picasso, Matisse. I also read a lot. I can say I’m a social loner. I love the company and I also love my moments alone that bring me the calm and availability to create.
In recent years, art and writing have imposed themselves on me. After a personal journey that led me to accept my soul as an artist, I opened the door to them by saying "Welcome". I think I will paint and write all my life. Art is very present in my life because I now practice the profession of art therapist.
A painting is meant to be unique. We never tire of looking at it and we regularly experience the pleasure of finding a detail that has eluded us so far. The painting warms our interior and its brief or attentive contemplation, simply does us good.I am touched, happy when one of my paintings gives such emotion to someone!

Writing is also a passion.
I wrote and illustrated the first two novels in a literary series for 8- to 10-year-olds, called Lola and Clementine, to do good to children and help them grow up by telling them about their daily lives, about their worries to the height of their children’s eyes. The practice of my profession as a school teacher for 20 years, led me to know this audience well. I talk about things like separation, school harassment, racism, self-confidence, laughter, joy, sorrow... It was when I had my children that the writing clicked. I wanted to go further for them by writing stories. That’s how Lola and Clementine were born.
