Louis Arthur Ducos du Hauron, another precursor of photography, inventor of the trichromy which makes it possible to obtain polychrome photos, will take from the 1970s numerous photos of views of the city of Agen (France) in "colors".
Another inventor, Arthur Batut , undertakes the construction of a kite which he will equip with a dark chamber whose shutter is automatically triggered by the combustion of a tinder wick. In 1888, he obtained the first aerial photograph in history by photographing the town of Labruguière in the Tarn (France).
