Alban Meka I lindur ne Gjakove, tri vite punoj ne studion e prof. Bedri Emres, ne vitin 2000 regjistron fakulltetin e arteve figurative – dega pikture ne klasen e prof.ac Tahir Emres ne Universitetin e Prishtines, ne 2005 dipllomon dhe vazhdon post dipllomimin.

Alban Meka, born 1976 in Gjakova ,three years of painting experience in studio of the best academic painter - Maestro Bedri Emra, from year 2000 continued another 4 years in Art Academy with studies of Painting, specializing with Prof. Ac. Tahir Emra in Prishtina University.
