Armen Ghazayran è un pittore, architetto e designer armeno contemporaneo. Ha progettato l'architettura per una varietà di condomini, case private, negozi, ristoranti ed edifici pubblici. Tra i più importanti di questi ci sono l'esterno della Banca Centrale dell'Armenia e un murale per il ristorante in quella banca. Ha anche contribuito alla progettazione di quattro hotel a cinque stelle a Yerevan, tra cui il "Palazzo d'Oro", e un resort multifunzionale di 215.000 piedi quadrati e un'area di sosta nella località sciistica di Tsakhkadzor. È anche il progettista della HSBC Bank nel centro di Yerevan, di una filiale bancaria per Gazprom a Yerevan e di una filiale di Yerevan America Bank.
Armen Ghazaryan è nato nel 1958, in Armenia, dove si è diplomato allo Yerevan Institute of Art. È membro della Armenian Designer's Union e della International Association of Designers. Ha presentato le sue opere in Armenia, Russia, Europa, Canada e negli Stati Uniti. Vive e lavora negli Stati Uniti.
