  • Tax Benefits: Receive potential tax benefits as rents can be deducted as a business expense.

How are the prices of monthly payments for leasing works of art set?

  • The costs depend on the value of the work, the duration of the leasing contract, and any services included such as installation.

Can we buy the work after the leasing period?

  • Yes, on Artmajeur leasing contracts offer a purchase option at the end of the contract, allowing customers to acquire the work at a determined price (residual value).

My name is Viktoria Filipchenko. I am a Ukrainian painter based in Italy.
I was born in Ukraine in 1978, where I have always shown an interest and passion for painting.
I studied at an art school in my city. At that time I was working with such materials as watercolors, tempera, and gouache. After moving to Italy in 2001, I finally fell in love with the beautiful landscapes of this country with its sea, hills, and ancient towns full of history. I started to use more oil in my art. From time to time I took lessons from experienced craftsmen, learning new techniques and experimenting with materials and colors in my works. My favorite technique is realism-style oil painting. I like the softness of the oil and at the same time its strong note.
