La dessin, la peinture et la sculpture ont toujours occupés une place importante dans ma vie.
Le métier pour lequel je me suis destiné, pâtissier m'a permis d'explorer d'autres univers créatifs.
j'ai pu lors de concours et de commandes, élaborer de nombreuses pièces en sucre, en pastillage
( sucre glace gélifié). Art éphémère mais au combien difficile passionnant et demandant beaucoup de techniques et de nombreuses heures d'entrainement.
Devenu enseignant dans cette discipline je n'en oublie pas moins ma passion pour la peinture.
Naturellement ma curiosité m'ont poussé à m' intéresser depuis une quinzaine d'années à d'autres supports tels que la peinture sur toile, peinture sur mannequins, mais aussi la sculpture, le collage....
