Anna Sowinska is a professional photographer. Her photography began as a tool to fix memories, then evolved into a form of exploration and iconographic research that allowed him to expand his knowledge of other countries, peoples, and different cultures.
Currently, she is developing a style of contemporary photography tending toward the abstract, which she would like to convey, to those who view her works, her vision, and her emotion. She uses photography not as a simple form of language or communication, but as a tool, which merges with the medium and technique becoming a pure material form.
Anna Sowinska is a Polish-Italian artist living in Rome. She started as a self-taught photographer driven by curiosity and passion, then decided to expand her horizons by attending several photography courses. Later, by participating in several workshops, she specialized in travel reportage, portraiture, and other photographic technique. She has participated in group exhibitions in Italy and abroad. Some of her works were published in several magazines.
