Требования к оформлению работ на выставку:
Автору необходимо:
1) подписать ФИО автора с оборотной стороны работы и название работы
2) предусмотреть крепление работы, за которое мы сможем ее повесить, протянув веревку
3)При сдаче работы, на временное экспонирование, не забудьте предусмотреть что в случае продажи картины Галерея возьмет 30%
4)Выдача работ будет производиться в течение недели после закрытия выставки с 30 апреля

Или лучше конкретное время. Также предупредить и оговорить время, когда вы хотите забирать работы после экспонирования.
фотографии работ участников: будут опубликованы на всех информационных ресурсах галереи
Дипломы: Все участники получают дипломы участников
Предоставляются в двух формах: электронные (высылаются в течение двух недель после окончания фестиваля) и бумажные по запросу , стоимость бумажного диплома 100р.
