Hi, I'm Mora, designer of this space. As a child she was always drawing or painting something, whether it was inside my house or around the neighborhood. My childhood was marked by travel and moving, which allowed me to get to know very different places and people. Between those comings and goings I moved to the countryside, there I learned to observe nature, seasonal changes, the cycles of the earth. Since then my attraction to landscapes, rural and urban. I remember that in the afternoons I never felt alone, I still see myself playing with my pets and my art supplies, trying unsuccessfully to make works of art like I saw in books. Over the years I trained in architecture, plastic arts and dedicated myself to my family. After a long time, already away from construction, I decided to return to my brushes, this time in watercolor and acrylic, in small sizes that are sometimes tiny. I believe that small works are more versatile, they provide a personal and distinctive touch, while adding warmth and enhancing the furniture of any room. I like to experiment with a variety of painting themes and styles. Inspiration comes from the works of other artists, when visiting their exhibitions, also in museums, from contact with the works of great masters of art, from knowledge of diverse artistic movements, such as the Viennese Secession artists, the Impressionists, the modern Art. The motifs of my paintings and drawings are varied. I paint landscapes, architectures, portraits of people and animals. In many of my paintings I use vibrant colors, while in others soft and relaxed tones predominate. My intention is to evoke, to suggest warmth and enthusiasm, to provide a sense of belonging, to bring magic inside people.
